The jewelry at Stone Horse Jewelry is made by me. All stones are natural unless otherwise indicated.  I primarily use Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, Copper, and Brass.  I take pride in my work and hope you will enjoy each piece.  Thank you for supporting a local, small business.

    Please do not guess at the size of a ring or bracelet. Most items cannot be re-sized. Re-sizing, if possible, requires an additional fee. ​ To determine your correct ring size: with a flexible measuring tape, measure close to the base of your finger, making sure it will fit over your knuckle OR ask a jewelry store to measure for your size. To measure for bracelet length: with a flexible measuring tape, measure just below the wrist bone - that is your wrist size - and add 1" to find your bracelet size. ​ If you are unsure of sizing, please contact me before you place an order.
    Shipping is free for the USA and Canada. I use USPS for all orders. ​ If you prefer a different shipping method, please let me know at the time of your order. ​ Please let me know at the time of your order if you want to purchase shipping insurance. ​ I make every effort to get your purchase in the mail within two-three (2-3) business days of your payment clearance. I am not resposible for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries once the item is shipped.
    I accept payment through PayPal.
    My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the piece does not meet your expetations, do not hesitate to contact me within seven (7) days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. ​ The jewelry item must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. ​ Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, ​ I am not responsible for jewelry broken by you. In some cases I can make a replacement piece or do repairs for an additional fee. Please note that repairs may not be possible with your item. ​ THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: ​ Custom or personalized orders or Items on sale. Due to COVID-19, I cannot accept returns on earrings. If your piece has broken or become damaged, contact me. If the piece can be repaired, your agreement to the cost of repairs is required before any work is done. I do not repair jewelry I did not make.
