SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is included in the price of the piece for the USA and Canada. I use USPS for all orders.
If you want expedited shipping, contact me before your purchase.
If you want insurance, contact me before your purchase. The insurance is to cover loss or damage after I ship your order. I am not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
I make every effort to get your purchase in the mail within two-five (2-5) business days when your order is placed. If I do not have an item in stock (Essentials items), allow 14 business days. Please know I will be working on your item to get it to you as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problem or are unhappy with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact me within seven (7) days of your receipt of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
The jewelry item must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
I am not responsible for jewelry broken by you. However, in some cases I can make a replacement piece or do repairs but additional costs may be required. Be aware that repairs may not be possible with your jewelry item.
